Where this occurs, the affected party may move the High Court(wc Walukagga has done), most commonly by judicial review under the Judicature Act and Civil Procedure Rules, on grounds that the Commission acted without jurisdiction, illegally, procedurally improperly, and in violation of the rules of natural justice.
