Wonder what stops Ministry of Railways Central Railway DRM Mumbai CR to clear these illegal structures beside the railway tracks between Vadala Road & GTB, some of them are between tracks, under the bridge & few taller than the Rail bridge itself posing a safety hazard. If Western Railway can do it at #Bandra East, why can't you recliam it. The stink is nauseating as one travels this section.

At Mira-Bhayandar Railway Station, following a dispute over a minor issue, a burqa-clad woman identified as Rukhsar Abdul Rashid Shaikh and other 3 muslim women allegedly grabbed an elderly Hindu woman's throat, assaulted her, and attempted to push her out of the train. When the elderly woman approached RPF INDIA police, it is alleged that the authorities only registered an NC (Non-Cognizable Complaint) and avoided filing a formal case. It is further alleged that special leniency was shown towards the accused.
