This is absolutely hilarious. The guy whose policies have exacerbated Chicago's most serious problems and the guy who increases polarization and divisions within Chicago through his explicit appeals to race is calling for serious leadership. Johnson only passes for a mayor.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson: "This is unprecedented! Unprecedented. Never in the history of the US has a local government been asked to build migrant resettlements." Johnson supported Chicago's sanctuary city status throughout his entire career.

Murkowski: I don't think it is a serious nomination for the attorney general. We need to have a serious attorney general and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to consider somebody that is serious. This one was not on my bingo card.

Cleaned up okay for a guy who spends most of his week sweating under a barbell. The suit is tailored, the engine is loud, and the mind is completely locked in. Time to go run the day.

Guy who is going to the national championship game? Or… Guy who just had his car towed and is waiting for the guys at the impound lot to bring it around? You decide.

So here is why eye guy Terry is not in the courtroom. They don’t “want to rub his nose in his own problems.” This is complete and utter bullshit. He brought the lawsuit. If Gwyneth has to sit through it he should have to too. #GwynethPaltrowtrial

Comer: This is a serious investigation. The purpose of the investigation is to get justice for the victims and to figure out who the bad guys were and if they can be held accountable.

Chicago's Official Village Idiot Dave: “We, the Chicago Teachers Union, put a mayor into Chicago’s fifth floor, City Hall. This mayor, Brandon Johnson, is going to go down as one of the best labor-leader mayors in the history of our country. And there’s no disputing that.” 🤣

Just think: In only a few days, the city will have a new Mayor who will go around visiting scenes like this, announcing "Have no fear, Zohran is here!", and then all these problems will be cleaned up once and for all! 😀
