Tired of the questioning, Seltzer famously held out her wrists and dared the officers to arrest her. But she didn't just ask for it—she forced it. As she slammed her car door directly into an officer, resulting in an immediate "accommodation" of her request to go to jail. ​Because of that physical escalation, the standard field sobriety tests never actually happened. She was taken into custody right then and there for Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer and DUI. RETARD: Officers were willing to let this Florida woman off her tickets until her low impulse control took over Ocala officer pulled over this Florida woman when they noticed her speeding and unable to maintain her lane. All of this was done on a suspended license. Rather than taking her to jail, the officers asked her to park her car and have her mom come get her. That’s when her impulse control took a nose dive. She sped past the driveway then bee lined straight for the officers. After traumatizing her own daughter, which she blamed on the police, she eventually got out of the car then smashed her head against the back seat of the police suv. IQ of 70 on full display.
