Every piece of mail you receive in all caps is labeling you as a corporation. Go look at your mail. Anything from the government or state will be in all caps.

In Australia I know a man who took a road side camera contractor to court and won a speeding ticket infringement by stating this contractor was impersonating a police officer!! Because only police can issue fines
