If yes, how long did it take to conclude the ball didn’t hit the hand? Because on the broadcast replay, it clearly appears to be handball. So the VAR review said today this was a penalty (which even sitting in the stands we knew it was) and the reason it wasn’t reviewed at the time by VAR is because the referee didn’t request it. Seems odd, had the ball rolled into the net it would’ve been!
