The Animal Welfare Guy is a real animal control welfare officer who posts videos of his on-the-ground calls responding to loose or aggressive dogs, injured animals, livestock issues, wildlife situations, and apartment welfare cases. He does have an account on this platform—so this is the first posting of this video here to help raise awareness.
