BUZZ 🐝 A short sequence created using Nano Banana Pro and Grok imagine. I wanted to test Groks capabilities for action in motion. With Buzz leading the way, Tiny Timmy is having the absolute time of his life exploring the wondrous Flower Kingdom🌼 Tools for creation: - Nano Banana Pro was used to generate the base image and the additional camera angles. I wanted to personally see if I could just use 3 images so no 2x2 grid extraction technique for this but I did want to include each frame used so you can see how the sequence was combined. Grok Imagine was used for every sequence to bring it to life using image to video. - I did some post work in Capcut by adding some subtle bloom, radial motion blur and film grain as well. - I added additional sound effects by generating them using Elevenlabs and layering them (bee buzzing, flapping wings, wind and leaves rustling etc). The kids laughter was generated using Grok. The soundtrack was sourced from Artlist. It was fun testing this and putting it together just to see what Grok is capable of generating.

I’ve always been a huge anime fan, especially Chainsaw Man. So I wanted to push my limits a bit and try creating a live-action version of Denji vs. Katana Man. Since anime fight scenes are known for their insane speed and intensity, translating that energy into live action became a challenge I genuinely enjoyed. This whole sequence was built using an image-to-video workflow with Hailuo AI (MiniMax) 02 and Kling AI 2.5 Turbo, with the base images from Nano Banana Pro on Freepik (now Magnific) . Edited in CapCut Pro and upscaled with Topaz Labs for that final punch. Such a wild experiment, but honestly super fun to make. What do you think about the result?

this is the workflow for 90% of the assets i create for myself or for clients - start in a diffusion model to get the best aesthetics - bring it into a multimodal model (Nano Banana Pro) in Higgsfield to create a second frame and/or fix details - use a high quality video model that supports start and end frames (Kling 3.0 Omni in Higgsfield) to create a sick shot in <60 seconds model literacy and knowing which ones to grab and when is one of the biggest turning points I see in AI practices. it starts to feel more like another language instead of a black box that you are always just gambling on

All these demo videos make HEAD SWAPPING with Nano Banana look so easy, but then you give it a try and you're like... uh... what? Why didn't that work? Here's what I've found. Nano Banana reads your image, almost literally, so if you write on the image, it reads the text. This is how Higgsfield AI 🧩 has capitalized on the tech: "Write on the image" and give it direction, right? Totally true, but you don't need Higgi to write on your image. Nano Banana will understand your direction regardless of where you write on your image. On one hand, Higgi is really smart, because they're hranessing the tech in a unique way, but the whole "Higgsfield's Banana Placement" is a bit of a misnomer. It's more of a "Banana Placement" and Higgi is just giving you a sort of basic Photoshop-type tool to work with (again, pretty smart), but the real tech is the Banana. 🍌 This is how I head swapped heads in Runway, but Nano Banana maintains the aesthetic qualities of your image almost perfectly, whereas Runway Reference spits out a very Gen-4 looking image. I like using Nano in Freepik (now Magnific), mainly because it's fast and I can get 4 gens at a time, and you need to gen a dozen times of so before you get a winner (most of the time). I was pumped when I saw Freepik introduce the @ reference feature, just like Runway has, but it doesn't seem to work for head swapping. My guess is because that's not really how Nano Banana tech works... ideally. Marco is the person I saw using this "A" and "B" method, back when Nano was on LM Arena, and man-oh-man, it just works... like a charm. You need experiment with how much of the face you blot out, and the angle and facial expression of your new head if you want the blend to be perfect. All of the results in this video are 100% Nano Banana. I did not do any Photoshop work to the images after the fact. I really hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions. Seedance 2.0 is insane. Blender previs is having a moment in AI filmmaking for a reason. I wanted to see how far I could push the workflow beyond a simple camera move in an ambush scene. The workflow: 1. Make a start image in Midjourney 2. Block it out in Blender, animate the camera 3. Feed both to Seedance The more I test this pipeline, the more convinced I am that hybrid pipelines are the future. The conversation is moving fast but previs is one of the clearest unlocks so far. Seedance still isn't perfect at matching the reference but it's close. You can experiment with staging, timing, and camera movement before you ever touch the video model. Solve the scene before you generate the shot.

Here's a look behind the scenes of how I used a 3d model, generated from an image, as a "driver" for ai animation. In the near future we'll see more 3d tools that support these types of workflows, with much more emphasis on enhancing user input instead of just letting the ai do everything. I used the 3d model to generate keyframes that I then animated in Luma Dream. By using a 3d model with a diffusion "layer" done with Krea, I got quite high quality frames with a relatively high consistency as well since the AI didn't have to "hallucinate" that much. I upscaled and detailed the frames using Magnific. Using semi-detailed 3d models as drivers for gen ai is very powerful, and it allows us to use models that are sculpted in a more free-flowing type of workflow that doesn't rely so much on high surface detailing or very time-consuming finish, but instead relies more on gestural 3d sculpting. #art #ai

Seedance 2.0 is allowing us to enter a new era of music video creation. Here is how I created HONEY. It was a quick test to see how well this workflow holds up. 🐝 1 - Write your song and generate the music with Suno 5.5. 2 - Use an image generator of your choice. For HONEY I combined both Grok Imagine for aesthetics and Nano Banana Pro for refined editing. 3 - In Capcut I import my audio and just save out a blank video video containing the audio. This step is important because this video file containing audio will now be used with Seedance 2.0 as a video reference with Omni. This allows the AI to apply automatic and realistic lipsync and movement to the music, it's extremely powerful! 4 - Once I have a both my image and video with audio as reference, I use Seedance 2.0 Omni and upload my starting image and then the video reference with the audio. 5 - From here I'm simply prompting like normal, specifying what's happening in my scene with detailed instructions, mentioning multi shots and camera angle changes and then specifying that the person is singing along to the song. I type out the lyrics that are present to have better lipsync accuracy. 6 - Once I have generated a video and like the result, I do video to video, so i upload that video that just got generated and type "The scene continues" and prompt new actions to take place. This allows you to expand on a narrative. These new shots can be used as B-ROLL and since I uploaded my video as reference I have full consistency of everything it saw in the video. This is also extremely powerful. 7 - This is actually the most difficult part. Edit in Capcut. This is where you need to understand pacing and shot selection from all the scenes you generated to bring it all together. You must be strategic with the editing. Goodluck! I'll probably record a video tutorial at some point as it's easier to see what is being done.

I’ve finally applied #ViduQ3 to a narrative project for SquadBlast . It handles action sequences and explosions with a level of consistency I hadn’t seen before. I achieved camera movements I’ve had in mind for a long time that other models simply wouldn't allow me to implement. The Start-end frame option generates high-quality animations with great control, provided you choose the points wisely and give the model enough time to generate the full movement fluidly. Grok surprised me with its iteration speed. I use it to bring dynamism to establishing shots and dialogue scenes that require quick corrections. If the scene needs movement, it’s my first choice. For more paced scenes or dialogues in wide shots, I prefer Sora 2. It is better suited for maintaining character style in distant shots, where Grok tends to struggle. The music was created in Suno (Industrial Tech-Step). I was looking for a sense of movement through minor-key synth arpeggios and extreme reverb. The "Studio" feature allowed me to precisely control the intro length and the exact point where the kick hits. Finally, a huge thanks to Framer 🇱🇹 for the amazing work on Cartoon Hero and for helping me connect with the professional world, and to OscarAI for his SREFs. I didn't have much time to develop the art style from scratch, so I used one of the SREF he shares. It fit perfectly with the bluish palette and the Otomo-inspired retro sci-fi style I was aiming for. It easily saved me a full day of work. IF ANYONE HAS ANY TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW QUESTIONS RELATED TO ANY SEQUENCE FEEL FREE TO ASK IN THE COMMENTS.

I still can't believe this works! Every filmmaker needs to try the hybrid AI filmmaking + Blender previs workflow for precise camera control. AI dialogue is still flat but I'm going to dive into solving that next. My workflow: 1. Generate a start frame in Midjourney 2. Block out the scene in Blender, animate the camera 3. You can solve all of that before you ever touch the video model.

Another Hailuo AI (MiniMax) H3 test, this time looking at audio reference and performance (A little NSFW language on end of this one!). I recorded the dialogue as an audio track and fed that in as a reference with a image reference of the man. In the text prompts I gave some direction to the actor (Like the look to camera at the end). I think the model did a brilliant job of matching the performance to the words and emotion that were in the audio ref. Another Hailuo AI (MiniMax) H3 test, this time looking at audio reference and performance (A little NSFW language on end of this one!).
