I was in Netherlands 🇳🇱 a couple of weeks ago and I didn’t see one pothole. They have exactly the same weather as us in 🇬🇧 but then they have much higher standards over there.

Under the 1980 Highways Act local Authorities have a legal duty to maintain roads safely and acceptably. Film and photograph the road damage, email your local Council and instruct them to fix them in a reasonable time or take legal action.

Laughable part the council would’ve blocked the road with temporary traffic lights and about 8 workmen to carry out the same task.

Find a pothole name it and if it's been there more than a year. Throw it a Birthday party, invite people to bring cake. Contact the local paper too.

First England flags now flower beds the things people have to do to get their council tax money to go on repairing the roads that causes damage to vehicles on the roads including public transportation try walking to get ready to get off and the bus is swerving to avoid pot holes

if you check the account he does this the council finds them annoying and within days there filled and concreted properly. If he didnt the holes will be left for months or years. Does more for his area then most people
