@AntiquarianMuse I researched it. So far environmentalist are still monitoring data centers underwater and its effects on local marine life. Currently no negative results but they are supposedly still monitoring. Also, the local temperature has only risen 1 degree because the heat is dispersed.

"Only risen 1 degree" - you do realize a 1 degree rise on land has been really bad. And... more submersed data centers in the ocean will continue to raise the temp. That's just common sense. We're exponentially increasing global temp and surpassing predictions. 1C, 2C, 3.5C... 5C predicted in our lifetime. That's catastrophic. So its just math and logic man.

I do believe we are contributing in climate change. Now I did take geology at the university where I earned my bachelors. Just because I like to learn about Earth's geological history. I'm sure you know the earth's temperature has risen before many times. Plate tectonics moving, etc. So, to fully blame it on our lack of care for this earth it is ingenuine. I'm not indicating you personally said this, but just wanted to add it to this statement. AI is not bad in itself, but what is needed to maintain is what is in question. I hope a better and less damaging solution is given soon.
