This is completely incorrect btw, "Midnight Driver Arcade" refers to the actual arcade machine you play in the game with the purple car. "Later That Night" is specifically the lore section after you go in the secret opening on the last lap. Both of them are used.

City Connection for the arcade (Jaleco/1985). Arcade platformer where you must drive over and paint every section of the elevated platforms in each stage to progress. Stage 2 features a remix of the song "Highway Star" by Deep Purple. The driver is named Clarice and drives a Honda City hatchback. The game left such a mark on the industry that a Japanese studio, appropriately named City Connection, acquired Jaleco's back catalog.

Ever since I bought an arcade cabinet, I’ve become really interested in arcade games. Similar to console games, you can buy arcade game PCBs and run them by connecting them directly. Capcom games are a bit unique in that they use a six-button layout, so they require a separate connector, but aside from that, the setup is surprisingly simple. You can also play these games through emulators, but the feeling of enjoying them on real hardware is something else entirely. Super Street Fighter II was the first game for Capcom’s arcade system, CPS2, and compared to CPS1, both the graphics and sound were significantly improved.

This was the same resolution commonly used by CRT TVs and many 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit home consoles. Then Sega introduced higher-resolution arcade games with Virtua Fighter and Virtua Racing, which used 24kHz (496×384). Sega Model 1, 2, and 3 arcade boards are famous for using this resolution. One of the reasons the Sega Saturn versions of Virtua Fighter 2 and Daytona USA looked so different from the arcade versions was because of this resolution gap. Later 3D arcade games moved to 31kHz (640×480) resolution. Sega NAOMI games are one of the best-known examples. That’s why you need to be careful when buying an arcade cabinet. Early cabinets only supported 15kHz, while the commonly seen Astro City supported both 15kHz and 24kHz. Later cabinets like Blast City, Net City, and New Net City were known as “3-mode” cabinets because they supported all three resolutions. The tricky part is that both the game board and the arcade cabinet itself can have resolution settings. If the settings are wrong, you can end up running a high-resolution game in low resolution. If you played Capcom arcade games in the ’90s, you probably remember seeing the Q Sound logo during the opening screens. Back then, I was really curious about what it actually meant, but there was no easy way to find out. I finally understood it years later after buying a Capcom Q GrandAm 25 cabinet. Most standard arcade cabinets simply output the mono sound signal from JAMMA directly without a dedicated amplifier. But this cabinet came with a separate amp designed specifically for stereo input. Because of that, when you connect the stereo outputs from CPS1.5, CPS2, or CPS3 boards to the amp, the sound becomes much richer and more immersive. What impressed me the most was that this cabinet lets you switch between Q Sound and regular mono audio, so I could compare them directly. The stereo sound definitely feels more spacious and cleaner. But the biggest difference comes from the speaker box mounted at the top. It’s made of wood and has a much larger internal space, so the audio quality is on a completely different level compared to the cheap speakers used in ordinary arcade cabinets.

This car was cut off by this red car which entered a roundabout and was getting in the highway. When he honked, the red car slammed on its’ brakes and in his opinion, it made him have to jump the curb/median to avoid running into the the back of the red car. The red car speeds away and the driver who has his girlfriend and his dogs in the car decides to follow him. He calls the police and tells them he is following the red car. He has his license plate number by this time. A couple of times he speeds up next to the red car and yells that the police are coming. Is this what you would do? Who was the real road rager here? Many people said the driver with the dash cam is to blame or at the least just as much to blame. What do you think? Would you have followed the red car like this with your girlfriend and dogs in the car? Do you think both of them were road ragers? Or do you think the dash cam car was justified in following like he did?
