This is unremarkable. In sales, this is how they play. Basketball camp as a freshman in Maine was far worse than this (every day), but if you want to be on that team, you drill, you repeat, you learn. I admire the smile he keeps on. It ain't easy to do. Respect the player.

Passed my Series 7 Securities broker license in 1992. The firm gave me a phone and a reverse listing registry to sell Wells Fargo funds. Made one call, hung up, and changed careers. That job is worse than death itself!

This type of business needs to be illegal…full of crooks & scammers.

This is commission based sales. You will grow immensely as a person and in sales if you take a job like this for a few years.

I’m not here to defend Grant, but I really don’t see anything wrong with this. It’s an outbound sales job and they’re hustling. Seems like competitive culture to me.

That is Mike bonnet,. He ended up becoming one of the top if not the top sales guy at @GrantCardone ’s office making millions

Are you not familiar with outbound sales? This is actually a pretty friendly interaction from and employer to employee in that space. Being a BDR is known in the sales industry as working in the boiler room.

Glengarry Glen Ross sales contest: “First prize is a new Cadillac. Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you’re fired.” If you’ve ever done the job you know the gut wrenching fear.

This is a standard inside sales gig. Frankly, management was firm but friendly with their directives. And this type of sales role isn’t for everyone, especially anyone soft, emotionally fragile or unwilling to get comfortable being uncomfortable. Iykyk.

LOL! This way of doing sales died in the 90's.
