This is disgusting and has nothing in common with the idiosyncratically bizarre cartoons of the 1930s. If the artists who put so much love into every frame of those old cartoons saw this sterile junk, they would be sick. Have some real cartooning instead:

1st off, thank you for highlighting an actual surreal and funny B&W cartoon instead of that slop, but you said something in the reply that I’ve kind of known about, but still curious on. Dave Fleischer wasn’t the real Director of these cartoon? Why would he & Max lie to us?

Thanks! I wouldn't say a lie, but Dave served as sort of a general supervisor. The first animator listed under the "Animated By" credit in a Fleischer cartoon is the actual director.

I didn't notice it was AI at first and thought this was the lowest effort pseudo-retro cartoon ever. It seems completely unfamiliar with the style, it just looks like a generic cartoon but in B&W. I guess it kinda is; can't get lower effort than not actually even doing it lol.
