He got that after talking to three witnesses, all people he knows or his wife knows. That doesn't matter anymore, he's not creditable to the jury anymore. If anyone on that jury has a family member who has down syndrome, he's done.

He came to this conclusion without interviewing key witnesses that were there parked behind her at the assumed time this crime happened. He came to this conclusion based on hearsay. Whether it happened this way or not he did not do his job. And that’s the problem.

Someone needs to explain how this actually happened if his theory is to be believed. An actual accident reconstruction expert should be called. MP didn’t see it, apparently no one did, so let’s hear from someone who can actually prove that it’s possible to have happened this way.
