I had a prostate biopsy. I was not under general anesthesia. I was completely awake, but numbed up. I'm glad I didn't watch this animation beforehand; I may have bailed. It wasn't that bad. I laid on my side on a reclining chair with my ass hanging off the side. They took 16 cores. The local anesthesia hurt a little; kinda like a bee sting, but the actual core extraction didn't hurt that bad. There's a loud click after each core that kinda made me jump. It turned out that I had Stage IC prostate cancer; so not too serious. I needed 28 radiation treatments, but first I had to do a spacing gel procedure where they inject a gel insulation layer to minimize the damage from the radiation. Doc said the spacing gel procedure would not be as bad as the biopsy. He lied. It sucked! It hurt so bad! I almost passed out during the insertion. The 28 radiation treatments was worse than I imagined they would be. You have to have an empty bowel and a full bladder. The radiation treatment only takes 5 minutes, but it's a long five minutes when you have to pee really bad! I lost 20 lbs, I lost control of my bowels, and I had to pee every 10- 20 minutes. I had to sit to pee because I couldn't control my bowels. It hurt to pee; kinda like a burning, stinging sensation. I worked the whole time, which was a mistake. I should've gone on short term disability. I'd go to work with five changes of underwear to make it through the work day. I was constantly uncomfortable and not very productive. Sleep was difficult. I'd get up 15-20 times a night to pee. The 28 radiation treatments took 5-1/2 weeks, then another 2 months before I started feeling normal again. I was able regain control of my bowels about a month after the treatments ended. I have my 3-month check up coming up soon, and I will learn whether the radiation worked or not. I may get a false-positive, so if so, another check up 3 months later. If it didn't work, I'll have to have the prostate removed. All in all, I'm fortunate to have caught it early. My brother is not so lucky. He has Stage 4 metastatic prostate cancer. I'll probably be fine.

You need to update your video. I have this done two years ago. I was wide awake. Had 14 samples taken and four out of the 10 hurt like a son of a bitch

So you're not only getting sodomized, you're also getting stabbed in the dick. This is the medical version of 5-in-1 cleaning products. People just don't care about us.

If you perforate a tumor, the toxins will leak out and most likely give you cancer. A tumor is not cancer, your immune system is trying to isolate toxins in your system.

I had it a few years ago. It was torture. I’d rather die of cancer. Totally awake with no numbing.

PEOPLE THAT NEED THIS PROCEDURE Elevated PSA Levels: A total PSA > 4 ng/mL is the most common threshold, though a range of 2.5–4.0 ng/mL may trigger a biopsy if other risk factors exist. Abnormal DRE: A digital rectal exam that detects nodules, firmness, or irregularities in the prostate gland. Suspicious MRI Results: Findings on a multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) with a PI-RADS score of 4 or 5. Rising PSA Velocity: A rapid increase in PSA levels over time. Prior Pathology Findings: Results from a previous biopsy showing atypical small acinar proliferation (ASAP) or high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (HGPIN). When Further Biopsies are Recommended: Rising/Persistent High PSA: If initial biopsy is negative but PSA continues to rise. Suspicious MRI after Negative Biopsy: A new lesion appears on imaging

Definitely supports massive cancer spread. Parasites can proliferate all these new pathways. Literally, kiss your ass goodby.

NEVER have a biopsy! It opens the sac of cancer and can flood systemically throughout your system!

Many doctors still do these the old way with out ultrasound or other imaging technology aids in what is called an unguided prostate biopsy. They literally stab your prostate randomly hoping to hit any possible malignancy in the prostate. That’s outdated ineffective bullshit medicine. They often miss malignant lesions entirely using this method, cause more post procedure pain and complications, and have a higher incidence of damaging you in unintentional life altering ways. If your doctor says he does these procedure that way under no or only local anesthesia drop him as your doctor immediately. Go find a urologist who does a guided biopsy to sample only the suspected cancerous lesions with precision accuracy, preferably under twilight or general anesthesia. It’s much less painful and traumatic. You get better, more accurate results. You also recover faster with fewer complications and risk.

Not a fun thing to do. After doing this, they found out I had cancer on one side of my prostrate. 39 radiation treatments later and I was cancer free now for 15 years. It was all brutal.

After going through all of this, and far worse, I have learned that iodine supplements can help prevent prostate cancer and is something our bodies need. Research it.

I’ve had two biopsies. One in office with local numbing. No pain & no cancer. PSA numbers increased so did an MRI biopsy; was asleep. No pain & no cancer. I see urologist every 6 months for PSA & office exam. No cancer found 🙏

I was awake for mine. All I felt was mild discomfort. I had cancer so I had surgery shortly afterwards and now I'm fine. It is no big deal. Oh, transwomen need to do this too BTW.
