I’ve been following this phenomenon for a while. I have no idea what to make of it but when you see the sky get that black at 3:30 in the afternoon on a sunny day AND you hear what sounds like loud trumpets in the sky…It means something.. I’m not sure what. I don’t know if it’s biblical or if it’s something our government is doing, but I know what it sounds like to me . It’s been happening all over the world . I’d love to hear your opinions on this.

Well, it’s quite remarkable that you have a DOJ that is willing to make statements to a court in its briefing that it’s not willing to swear to. Her friend came back from China with a souvenir for her, it’s a roasted chicken wing that is cooked and sealed in a plastic wrapper. She says it’s expired since last year but I wonder if she means that the best use by date has passed. I don’t think the meat is expired or it would show obvious signs that it’s bad. But let’s talk about this, it’s already sketchy that it’s a piece of meat in a sealed pouch unrefrigerated. I barely trust meat in a can, meat in a pouch is a whole new ballgame. It wouldn’t be so bad if it was fresher to me. With so many restaurants around us constantly, why would anyone even bother eating this. Why not just put it on display in the home as a conversation starter. Would you eat a chicken wing from a pouch like this, I would expect it would make me sick?

I have a lot of nostalgia, appreciation and love for Cars 2 (2011) it may not be Pixar’s best or a true Cars sequel “that goes to Cars 3 (2017)” but there is still a lot to enjoy about this movie as its own standalone Cars spin off type movie, it could’ve easily been advertised as a spin off movie but for what this movie is worth it’s really not that bad and and it’s actually really entertaining and fun if you are looking to watch an over the top b-movie, it’s far from Pixar’s WORST “I’m looking at you Lightyear (2022)” 15 years later this movie is so extremely underrated and more people SHOULD appreciate it more as it’s own thing because screw the critics and Animation YouTubers, it’s really not bad at all and they act so fucking dramatic!

John Waters on his obsession with "The Wizard of Oz" (1939) & his thoughts on the movie being considered a "Gay classic": "Interviewer: Do you remember how old you were and where you saw it? Waters: I probably saw it at the Senator Theater in Baltimore the first time, which I still have my movie premieres in. I probably saw it there and then on TV every year. But certainly I saw it at the movies as a kid. I don’t remember how old I was, and it wasn’t the first movie I saw, but it was close to it. It was a complete, complete obsession from the very, very beginning. Now, today, you have video. We couldn’t do that, so you had to wait once a year to see it. That’s that sadness about the magic of movies: you can watch it over and over, and you can rewind it, see how everything is done. Still, is there a better tornado scene? To me, all these really expensive digital effects are very uninvolving. That tornado scene is as good as 'Twister' (1996) to me, and I think it’s done with a nylon stocking Interviewer: It’s a great surrealist scene, too. Waters: And how radical—the black and white to color is almost like an LSD effect. It is a drug movie almost. (...) POV: You’re on the highest Caribbean mountaintop and the drums just hit different. This is the first drop of Neon Pony LIVE in St. Maarten! I don’t just show up with a USB. It’s full send it mode with Live drums, percussion. and vocals. There is no safety net. If something breaks or I’m late on a cue, you see it. I give all of me on the dance floor, then break it all down and load it out. In this case, that meant strapping the whole rig to a ski lift and riding it up & down the mountain. It’s hard. It’s raw. The problem is to amplify a small story and make it as if it’s everything about the airport. Everyone, going to the psychiatrist doesn’t make you weird. If you caught a cold, you go to the internal medicine department, If your joints or bones hurts, you go to the orthopaedics. It’s just a cold that come to the mind. It’s not that going to the psychiatrist makes me a weird person, no it’s not that. It’s just that I’m exhausted for a while, it’s just a hospital. There’s more people going there more than you think, if you go to hospital, the queuing are the longest. Nowadays, it’s the same as the past too but there’s no one who doesn't have a hard time. In this hard world, although there are people who look at the hard times in a good way, & there are also people who don’t look at it in a good way… but since it’s a world where we lived together, there's nothing we can do about it, right? But those kind of, “ah I went to the psychiatrist & I collapsed” I don’t think you have think of that. It’s just, “I am having a hard time these days so I’m just going to get help for it” just think of it as if you caught a cold. I hope you don’t think of this deeply. Of course you can go. If your stomach hurt, you can go to the internal medicine, if your head hurts, you can go to the Otolaryngology. It’s just that your heart is having a hard time for a while. This is not something to be ashamed of, you don’t need to read the air with the people around you for this. Always cheer up, even if you collapse, let's practice the strength that can make you rise again slowly, treasure makers. You can do it, everyone, I know you can do it.

Watched The Last Dragon (1985) for the first time recently… and it felt like getting snap-kicked straight back to the 80s. Man, I totally get why this one became a cult classic. It’s weird, it’s cheesy, and it’s full of heart. It took me a minute to click with it… but once it did, I was hooked. Still glowing from it days later. “WHO’S THE MASTER?!”
