If you watch just one of my videos tonight watch this one. This object seems to hover and be stationary for so long I almost convinced myself it was a star. And then it slowly. VERY slowly flew right over me and my farm. I estimate it was going 30mph or less. There was some low noise but clearly not a propellor or jet engine noise. It’s not a helicopter for sure. It was WAY too quiet. It was only maybe 300-500ft up.

Shoving yourself into a position you can’t access without a lot of compensation usually isn’t the best idea if you have knee pain. To be clear, I think the Knees Over Toes approach has good qualities to it. This is not an attack on the methodology or the people involved in it. However, this is a critique on how this exercise, and many like it, may not be the best choice for many people. Some can and have seen success from these programs, but I’ve met a whole lot who haven’t. If it works for you, that’s awesome. Keep going. But if it doesn’t, then it may be time to try something different.

I was really struggling with VA to the point where I wanted to just give up. People would say a lot but not follow through. Cultist Zolon reached out to Debra for a cameo and it turned out to be so much more. We talk now through zooms and email and she has been a great mentor to me and an amazing friend.
