This guy claims he didn’t know Picasso was a 20th century figure. Did he think surrealist art was part of the Renaissance? What did he think "Guernica" was about, the War of the Roses?

People are laughing but I find this embarrassing. Guernica (one of Picasso's most famous paintings) was literally about the Spanish Civil War, ie 936-1939. I learned US politics/history in my London school yet it's almost as if the US isn't taught anything about anyone else.
