There were three actions: one person raised his hand, another fired, and a third placed a piece of paper to obstruct the cameras behind the suspect who fired. Clear evidence became visible after the shot. This aligns with Mr. Eric's testimony regarding the sound and type of weapon that might have been used in Kirk's assassination, as he described the shot as a 9mm, and its sound was not deep, but more like a cherry bomb. The camera that was behind Charlie was capable of capturing everything happening in front of him with high precision, but it was removed and the SD card was seized. Whenever people suspect one individual, the next day a different suspect appears with evidence suggesting that he is the culprit. Moreover, the leaked clips are of poor quality. Meet Rick Cutler: -Volunteered…for 9/10. -Zero ties to the Security “Team” prior to 9/10. -Zero record of how he knew Charlie, at all. -Has Special OPS training. -Smiled as Charlie was hit… AND falling OUT of the chair…right in front of his face, in fact, Cutler was smiling his entire ASS OFF the WHOLE TIME…even OVER Charlie’s body! -At the (EXACT) same time that Dan Flood, gave the final arm signal, Cutler did the “arm jerk” and at -that exact second, Charlie was hit. -Cutler is a complete ghost on social media. -He is one of the men seen, rapidly passing objects “as priority number ONE”…NOT Charlie…-objects. -Rick Cutler, has never been seen at a TPUSA event -since 9/10. -The second the hit occurred, a woman in a brown shirt, and red hat, standing directly to his left, turned and looked DIRECTLY at HIM, with a horrified & shocked look on her face, she then looked at Charlie, saw him going down, and then she ran in the opposite direction of Rick. -Rick was wearing a strange black band on his fist/wrist on 9/10. Possible silent communication device for the “team.” -LED…ALL OF THE MEN, TO THE SUV, WHO WERE CARRYING -CHARLIE… -Has never been seen since 9/10. No one knows where he is….
