Jeez, let me say... if you have a slipped disc you will bloody know about it. You would need someone to help you onto that chair. You would not be able to put hands behind back and you definitely would NOT be able to lift a leg up without shouting in pain. I know, I've had one.

Lol, it was deadlifting that was the final nail in my disc.
