Section 527 of the DHS Appropriations Act explicitly forbids DHS from preventing Members of Congress from entering detention facilities or staging them for visits. That law exists to ensure transparency, so conditions can’t be hidden from the people’s representatives. This is now one of the poorest counties in the US thanks to Obama’s war on coal. They mined the coal that made the steel for NYC skyscrapers. Then those same people told them to “learn to code” while attacking the people and industry who built their city. What Obama did to southern WV and eastern KY should be considered criminal.

🇺🇸🇮🇷 That’s the mood of the hardliners in Iran now … they can’t see themselves agreeing to give up the uranium while US bases are still in the Middle East. But the U.S. will also never just move the military out of the Gulf; it’s needed as forward bases toward Asia and to project power in the region. That’s a no-go issue for both, to some extent … but technically the U.S. can accept Iran owning enriched uranium with frequent inspections. So, unless the war is fought out to the end … no deal on this I’d say.
