The plot thickens...

Conan is a national treasure

Women will never understand the male mind.

That’s beautiful. I don’t think most would understand but it’s beautiful

The mortician was mortified, no pun intended, that my brother and I were making death jokes when making my mother’s arrangements.

You will never ever come close to conan again. A comic through and through. He might have some bad opinions on certain countries, but Ive never seen him not be a genuine class act. Not many people have that constitution to make jokes during hard times.

Nothing darker and funnier than an Irish man grieving the loss of his parents. This is healthy grief. When my pa died, I drank and drank, Conan's irish method, is waaay more healthy than my Irish method of greif.

This makes me thankful for the group text w my HS degenerates. At the first whiff of sincerity or seriousness, one of us will put the kibosh on that nonsense immediately. This has been going on now for the better part of 40 yrs 🤣

This is awesome. I told my son I want him to put a 'get well soon' balloon on my casket at my funeral. “Dad always thought laughter was the best medicine, which I guess is why several of us died of tuberculosis.” ― Jack Handy

Yup. This is some Irish sht right here. Sitting in the ER with my dad during his bout with cancer, you never would have guessed we were there for something so terrible.

@smod4real This might be a different level of darkness but, after my youngest son died, someone I worked with asked “Don’t you have another child?”. My answer “You mean..like…a spare?”. Poor guy was mortified.

The more you’ve lost in life, the more open you are to dark humor

i love Conan so much!

Has to be top 5 funniest friend groups on the planet🤣

I have the exact same messed up sense of humor they do because I was dying laughing. Somebody at my job just came and asked me if I was OK 🤣

My husband has told our sons he wants to wear a T-shirt in his casket that says, “I don’t look good. I’m dead!” Pretty sure they’ve already had it made. Also sure I have no say in this. Men are weird. 🤣

Having gray friends you can have inside jokes with… priceless

Totally get this. I'm the "funeral director" for our family. It's been that way for the past 42 years. Something funny has happened at every single funeral I have ever put on. We are a family that cracks jokes in the face of death. And we can find humor even through our tears.

Yeah. This is the healthiest way to grieve to be honest ❤️

It reveals something else : showbuzz folks are so immersed in their showbuzz personas that they can´t act as ordinary humans, they need to crack a joke if they are a comedian, or post a video crying if they are an actor... they lost grip of who they used to be prior to career.

This is incredibly hilarious and a good coping mechanism for grief. 5 star

Killing stress with laughter is the only way.

Conan is so underrated IMO

Lmao @Mariahluv94 thank god we ain’t the only ones making jokes when people die 😭😭😩

Did he just dox his sister?

@johnstempinNPR That is the most Irish thing ever.

It's rare when dark humor isn't aimed at a certain group. And I was dying way more than i would at any aids joke or whatever.🤣

What happened to his comedy during coronavirus season ?

Amazing! Everyone should be so lucky to have friends like this!

“I used to tell my kids that if they didn’t obey me as their father, I’d just unalive them and go and make some new ones. That usually worked.”

🤣🤣🤣🤣 @Elite_Greek

So tired of the Reese’s guy

Pure gold 🤣
