I mean what the hell, the 2nd Amendment was passed on December 15th 1791 which is clear as day, "shall NOT be infringed. Requiring paperwork to have a gun in your car is a "INFRINGEMENT" in your right to have a gun if you don't have the paper. Never before were there ever laws like these.
