This is how you handle it. I know how others would..........

Yea, we used to do Outback 2 or 3 times a week. Last time was about a year ago. It just isn't worth it. Everything is lackluster at best.

Yes sir. I had 2 good meals last year there. I get the filet mignon and lobster. Excellent 2 times... went 3 times this year, prolly won't go back tbh. Texas roadhouse it is

Texas Roadhouse is good. That's taken our Outback spot. But as I get older, I realize that nothing really beats a steak on my own grill.

I would have ordered Dominoes to deliver a pizza to my table.

Exactly! I would of only given it 10min tops tho

Same. I get anxious easily in those situations

Screw them. Outback isn't all that great, anyway. Texas Roadhouse is the spot. 🥩😋

Your better off cooking at home. Why eat trashy food from a chain establishment. I don't trust any of them.

My wife and I do this anytime we sit for a reasonable amount of time to be served drinks. If we dont get anything we leave quietly. If they ask us why we are leaving I say because I dont have the time to sit here all night hoping to be served in a timely manner. It’s been 15 minutes without a drink. Which means it could be an hour before I get food.

For those curious, it looks like this is the Coral Springs outback location in Florida. Also, he made an additional follow up to this video. If anyone is interested in seeing that, click the post below:

Damn his wife ashamed as hell to be seen on camera/public with him 😭

Why doesn’t he support a local joint? I wait ten minutes. ‘Hey can I get a server?’ Said with a smile and understanding. Half a century eating out. Haven’t ran into too many problems. He left without an issue (complaining to restaurant) but then proceeds to do a selfie video about his experience. In hopes, Outback sees it and tosses his clogged arteries a gift certificate

Solid work, expert level is when you do this and don’t even film it.

I think he is in Houston and this is Bay Area Blvd. 😂 Outback is 1/2 a mile from BJ's.

Texas Roadhouse is killing it. We went to to Texas Roadhouse that was packed to the gills, got seated fairly quickly, great service, great food - never seen my son (late teens) happier in a restaurant

Awesome. But why does his neck look like a water balloon?

Good restaurant employees have “court awareness”, you constantly look around to see what’s happening, who’s taking care of people etc, it’s literally becoming a lost art. Younger people are not as aware anymore

The drop off of Outback Steakhouse over the past 20 years needs to be studied

I think I would have thanked them for a great meal very loudly before I walked out. Honestly not sure about waiting 15 minutes.

He's actually complaining about it now by making this video.

I don’t give shit about this dudes experience at an anonymous Applebees. What are we even doing?

Bro has a blooming onion hanging from his chin. You do not need that trash, man. 🤦♂️

They would’ve expected a minimum of 20% tip if they had showed up on the 14th minute

Funny. The running joke at our house is every time I go to BJs the experience is always horrible, start to finish. Had this same experience at Cheddars recently. Restaurants are like that. Some managers run a tight ship. Other just collect a paycheck. Maybe I’ll try Outback.

Most all the big restaurant chains are owned by investment companies and they don’t care about the quality of service or food, just the profits. That’s a fact

The Donner Party wouldn’t eat at Outback.

He was obviously ignored because he’s black. I know this because all the other videos of customers being ignored is because it’s racism. Guess he’s one of those light skin blacks

Omg! Stop eating corporate goy-slop!!! I get something totally different from this video. I see a morbidly obese man trying to preach some bizarre brand of consumer (aka corporate slave) morality. I can't even look at this man, he's disgusting. America is finished.

Welcome to 2025 in the restaurant industry…..very few workers actually give a fuck. Managers are leading the way and causing businesses to go bankrupt

They were trying to give him diet advice by letting him skip a meal.

Thanks for sharing its time to visit Outback love that blooming onion.

I’m not going complain I’m just going make a video like a bitch instead of asking for customer service! What a dumb ass

Two words could've solved your problem 'excuse me'.

But why not talk to someone to give you a table and seat you? Why would you just go sit down? If it’s in the bar area fine, but the bar isn’t serving people as fast as a table where they know you are there and have been seated. Bar area never serves as fast as normal seating ever. That’s common knowledge of a restaurant. Weird to expect it’s the same in the bar area if so I don’t get it. If it’s not the bar area to just go sit down at a table isn’t proper restaurant etiquette you’re supposed to be seated by someone first, so they know you are there as they have a set of tables they serve generally in the same area. This videos missing more context.

I voted with my feet just last night. Walked into Mo Bettah’s in South Jordan with my son, got in line behind him. Young lady behind counter making door dash orders, just starting one. Never looks up, never acknowledges we’re in the restaurant. After the 5th order we walked

That’s been my experience at Outback and red lobster, refuse to go to either. Much better places to go where the service is better and the food is better.

He is morbidly obese and does not need to eat out. He needs to put the fork down and do cardio.

Chain franchise restaurants suck without exception. All. Of. Them. For hamburger joints with a drive through, In and Out is perfection.
