Yeah, my dad was like this! But, one time, I wrecked my bike and my wrist was broken. He told me “Don’t be a pussy” “Get back on!” My wrist was hurting so bad. I couldn’t get back on lol God bless him. I miss that guy.

Can confirm, dads are like this even with us girls. I fell off a quad while in the desert, was following my dad on a trail. He saw me fly off and turned around. But by then I was already getting back on the quad, ready to continue the path. He was so proud of me.

Any kind of raising is much better than having an unaffective, aggressive, violent, and ignorant father.

exactly. we grew up w/ my daddy bending the tops of trees back to the dirt to swing us up over the lake like a slingshot ... we grew up climbing & jumping off of everything, & rolling anything w/ wheels down precarious streets & hills

My dad once watched me roll a 3-wheeler into a fence, he was laughing so hard he almost fell down. I rolled it off me, cranked it up and kept going lol. I was wearing a helmet, I was fine.

I think it's more the fact that he didn't freak out when he crashed, most kids would have started screaming. Dude stayed calm and waited patiently till the crane showed up 👍

My ex-brother in law's older sister lost her ten year old son this way. He was driving a side by side by himself one day that was large and heavy. He tipped it over on a hillside. He fell out. It fell on him, crushing and killing him. Kids are kids - not adults. Beware!

Leave a young kid un a go-kart by himself is auto destruction, not a man with balls. I think it is stupid, an accident going far away the kid will suffer the most. My kids 9 years old and 6 years old, they don't drive their go-kart by themselves, is a no no 😞

could still argue that kid needs way more gear, riding shirtless with a helmet that has no neck support and looks too big + wearing crocs instead of boots or anything, i got into a quad wreck and the only reason i can still walk is because i had a good helmet!

I’m all for encouraging kids to be adventurous and independent but I’ve heard of too many tragic accidents from motor sports like this.
