🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents illegally smashed through the glass door of a locked auto body shop, without a warrant, to detain the shop owner and an employee, in West Valley City, Utah. Yes, agents are violating the Constitution all over the country, not just in Minnesota. In the video, two agents are already standing inside the body shop when the owner’s wife asks them the most basic, constitutionally required question, “Do you have a warrant?” …after they broke in. They illegally ignore her request and instead tell HER to stay back. She continues demanding to see a warrant. And then they say the quiet part out loud: “We don’t need one.” They absolutely do, which is exactly what she tells them. They continue ignoring her, after illegally breaking into a locked, private business, while ordering her to back up inside her own workplace. The agents then begin questioning the shop owner and an employee, despite not knowing their status, and having zero probable cause. She tells them, “My lawyer is coming, do you want to get sued?” And the agents laugh. Sit with that. Border Patrol agents force entry into a private business, without a warrant, and laugh about accountability. The agents admit on camera that they broke the glass door to enter the private property. She says that’s why you had to break in… “Because you don’t have a warrant!” And the agent says again: “It’s because we don’t need one.” They detain the shop owner and an employee anyway, after breaking in, without a warrant… despite both men having no criminal records. This is a blatant Fourth Amendment violation. A locked business is private property… where a warrant is not optional. If this is tolerated, it sets the precedent that federal agents can smash their way into ANY business, detain whoever they want, and disappear them. That is not law enforcement. That is an open assault on constitutional rights.

🚨ICE agents illegally threatened to tase a PASSENGER for refusing to exit a vehicle… after lying about having a warrant for him, in Lennox, California. In the video, the agents repeatedly insisted they had a warrant for the passenger, demanded he get out of the car, and threatened to tase him if he didn’t comply. But, when the passenger continued to ask to see the warrant, the agents suddenly asked for his ID. After running his identification, they decided to change the story… Agents then started asking the driver for their ID, despite admitting they did not know who they were dealing with. When questioned, one agent first claimed they had a warrant for the passenger, then admitted they were “writing it right now,” before finally acknowledging, “I thought it was you.” So, to break this all down… ICE agents threatened to tase someone over a warrant they didn’t have, for a person they hadn’t even identified. The Fourth Amendment exists for a reason. Government agents do not get to detain whoever they want, threaten force, demand identification from everyone present, and just figure out who they are dealing with later. Because that’s illegal. If ICE had a valid warrant, they should have been able to identify the subject of that warrant before threatening someone with a taser. And if they didn’t know who they were talking to… then what exactly was the legal basis for the detention, the threats, and the demands for identification? This is why people are outraged. And every time this behavior is excused, it sends the message that ICE agents can ignore constitutional rights, threaten innocent people, and walk away like nothing happened.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents tried to tell a building manager that a locked apartment building is not private property, in Minneapolis. In the video, the building manager asks a very simple question: Do you have a judicial warrant? The agent’s response? “This is not private property.” Which is a wild thing to say while standing outside a locked residential building you’re trying to get into. He keeps insisting she’s wrong. She doesn’t budge. She finally says, “You aren’t going to get in. I’m not opening the door without a warrant.” Another agent then asks if she can tell him whether the person on his phone is inside. She says, “No.” He then responds, “Can’t tell me that either? Want to keep your criminals in your building?” And she shuts that down by saying, “I want to keep my residents safe.” Which is the exact opposite of what ICE was doing. Because trying to pressure your way into private property, without a judicial warrant, is fishing. It’s hoping someone doesn’t know their rights. And do you know what they hope you don’t realize? If this person was actually some dangerous “worst of the worst” criminal, they love talking about, getting a judge to sign a warrant would be the easiest part of their day. Instead, they show up with no warrant, no legal authority to enter, and try to lie their way inside. Because ICE agents are gambling on the idea that regular people will be too scared to say no. And that’s why they continue to use threats and violence, while claiming that anyone with a pending immigration case is a criminal. This manager saw through that. Which is exactly why the Constitution only works when someone is willing to demand it be upheld. No warrant. No entry.

🚨 BREAKING: New video footage shows ICE agents violently assaulting and arresting a U.S. citizen… 20-year-old Mubashir…and it is even more horrifying. The video shows agents slamming Mubashir into metal poles as they wrestle him into handcuffs. He’s not fighting. He’s not resisting. He’s pleading, telling them again and again that he is a U.S. citizen and that he has his ID on him. They ignore him. Moments later, a group of people rush into the stairwell blowing whistles in protest. As they stand there, you hear Mubashir scream in pain: “My hand!” The agents then drag him outside toward their vehicle. You can hear Mubashir tell them again that he has his ID. Instead of checking, the agents assault him a second time. They throw him to the ground, shove his face into the snow, and then forcing him into their car without ever verifying who he is. They didn’t check his ID until after they’d already transported him miles away, to a detention facility, where they tried scanning his fingerprints and face into their system, and only then decided to look at the ID he’d been begging them to check from the start. And when they realized they had brutalized an American citizen? They released him with no medical attention, no apology, and no transportation back to where they took him from. This isn’t “immigration enforcement.” This is lawless violence, committed by federal agents who act as if citizens have no rights and cameras don’t exist. And this is exactly why people need to film, why states like Illinois are passing laws allowing residents to sue ICE agents directly… and why the public must keep demanding accountability until abuses like this are impossible to ignore and impossible to get away with.
