Only he didn't explain what caused such huge canyon, why some places resemble Giza and sphinx and who made drawings in the ancient caves (the reason why 80% of Grand Canyon is closed to public).

This is not correct or certainly not complete. The area experienced rapid *uplift* (elevation increase). And, an inland Ice Age lake eventually broke its boundary emptying the lake over the sediment which cut through it like a knife. That breach has been found in NM and somewhere on YouTube is a good geologic hour or so on the topic.

It looks more like it was formed by one MASSIVE deluge, washing it out in weeks or months. Ice dams up North captured massive ice melt and then all of a sudden it broke through and washed it all away.
