It's as if we were lied to about cholesterol levels and heart disease for the purpose of selling statins.

Very interesting and confirms why I refused statins for many years even with high cholesterol for nearly 4 decades

That's similar to a Korean study. Too low was much worse than too high, and the best range was considered too high by current standards.

Had a HA at 47. My cholesterol was perfect and was still put on Lipitor. After two mths I couldn’t hardly move. Stopped taking them and within 24hrs felt 💯. That shit is poison. Cardiologist still wants me to take it. 😂

Breaking news that never broke...

Mines elevated from eating so much meat and during my cut. Best I ever felt, recover and heal much faster and sleep way better. 🤷♂️

@FatEmperor Kendrick & Ivor have been banging on about this for some time! Some years ago I listened to a heated exchanged on radio between a cardiologist & heart surgeon. Latter insisted that cholesterol was not clear driver of heart disease (attacks). Follow Ivor & Kendrick to learn more..

Where was this from?

Confirmation of my experience. I played pro basketball for over 20 years and my cholesterol levels went up every year. I played until I was 43 years old and retired pain free. I recovered fast. Doctors offered me medicine to reduce it but my wife said no.

70% of cholesterol is produced in liver. Levels aren’t affected by intake. Factors that indicate metabolic syndrome are high fasting triglyceride, insulin, and glucose. If these are in check and your LDL is high, more likely associated with hypothyroidism or billary issues.
