This is just sad

That is a beautiful dog in an unfortunate situation. That dog will worry itself sick over her junkie owner. Dogs are loyal, don't judge but know when things are wrong. The dog needs a better owner, because odds are the junkie will od and the dog will end up in a shelter or dead.

That dog is actually concern about this guy and in a protection state of mind.

I would have stopped and took the dog home with me.

That woman is clean, her clothes are in good repair, she is able to make transactions (drink), and she attempted to walk her dog. She doesn't fit the profile of a fentanyl user. Wonder if she is in trouble?
