This is laughably wrong. The Constitution of India does not mention wealth redistribution in any Article. He is confusing the Constitution of India with Mao’s Little Red Book or he is ignorant. Either way it is evident that he has not read the Constitution. He’s bluffing.

The Directive Principles of State Policy (DPSP) are guidelines in the Indian Constitution that guide the state's policies and governance to ensure the welfare of the people and a just society. The DPSPs are considered fundamental to India's governance and are integral to the country's constitutional framework. Some of the DPSPs include: Economic The state should ensure that the distribution of material resources and means of production is in the common good and doesn't concentrate wealth. SocialThe state should promote social, economic, and political justice in all institutions of life. Education The state should provide free and compulsory education for all children up to the age of 14. LaborThe state should ensure workers receive a living wage, humane working conditions, and a decent standard of life. Environment The state should protect and improve the environment, including forests, lakes, rivers, and wildlife. LegalThe state should ensure that the legal system promotes justice on a basis of equal opportunity. Public health The state should promote public health and raise the level of nutrition and standard of living of people. The concept of DPSPs was borrowed from the Irish Constitution, and the makers of the Constitution of India were influenced by the Irish nationalist movement.

No, he is not bluffing. He is extremely deficient in grey matter. I am sure he does not have the perspicacity to understand the Constitution, and is parroting something that some sidekick has told him. I’ve said this before and I repeat: Rahul Gandhi’s IQ must be tested.

Actually Indian Const. does Art 39 B - Redistribution of resources Art 38 - Promote welfare through minimalizing inequalities in income. Art 39 C - discourage concentration of wealth and means of production Art 43 - Secure a living wage, a decent standard of living.
