For added context, I believe I met this teen when they were only 15? I am so, so careful with younger mutuals. I don't let them get too close, I don't share financial struggles ( this ordeal kinda forced my hand on that ) and he knew this is important to me & WHY it's crucial.

On god he did this for EVERYTHING. Every confrontation was two hours of gaslighting at least before confessing, before I eventually gave up because I realized he wouldn't get better I change 😭

He’s so terrible it just baffles me. He KNEW he was damaging you and your kids and he just didn’t give a shit. He claims to love you but actively harms you?? How dare he, honestly?? I seriously just can’t understand his thought process, but I don’t think there was one.
