Even on highways one should learn to drive in low beam unless it's very dark. High beam is only for dipper. But we people has it connected with our false ego and also not giving pass to fast vehicle. 95% of us take right turn in wrong way it should be 90 degree not 45 like we do

This is so much needed. I dont understand why people need such bright lights in city. They even use fog lamps in the city. And white fog lamps are of no use in foggy situations.

This after market high intensity LED headlight menace cannot be controlled because by the these mindless motorists hit roads with blinding headlights, our law enforcement people will be at home as their normal work shift get over.

One can drive with parking lights provided the roads are consistent on quality. Unmarked speed breakers and potholes make it difficult to drive with parking lights

I agree but everything expected from motorists. Aren't pothole free roads expected. Two wheeler accidents to common even in cities.

50000 rs fine should be imposed.. this is india.. good deeds don't work.. only punishment...

There's a rule about head light intensity/ brightness too But, now a days who cares for petty things like this Pedestrians, two wheelers & also vehicles which do not have LED lamps are at a constant risk of night-blindness

High beam is the cause of most of road accident during Night. Unfortunately the culprits using High beam and causing fatal accidents never spotted. Automatic low beam in headlight should be a must at vehicle manufacturing level.

Ban the white lights. Its unacceptable. They are harsh and blind you. Warm lights are the norm.
