With more and more people waking up every day, I'm going to continue to revisit the proofs we had and weren't able to share on main stream social media. This is the battlefield as far as I'm concerned. I think some of us forget that the "great awakening" is a process. My comment sections prove that more are seeing that something just isn't right. They also prove that digital soldiers are many. And we are strong. I love seeing everyone add their research to my posts. So many quoted retruths are giving the comments credit for more and more proof. Keep it up frens. We are winning. Biden's dystopian inauguration.

Stopped to grab lunch on my way to a meeting today, and one of the employees at Chick-fil-A immediately recognized me from X. He follows my content and refused to let me pay for my meal. He told me I’m a blessing to this country and appreciates what I do. Truthfully, he was the blessing today. There are so many things happening behind the scenes right now that I can’t share just yet, but I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead. God continues to open doors I never could have opened myself, and every day I become more convinced that this journey has a purpose. After decades of waking up every day to train, prepare, and chase what’s next, today I officially retire from professional basketball. Since 1989, every ounce of effort went into this game, so it’s only right that I dignify my career with the acknowledgment it deserves and all the hard work and dedication that brought me here. Some may have considered me to have already been retired, but BIG3 allowed me to extend my playing days and continue competing at a high level for a living. 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲. Following the surgery to remove my kidney stones, recovery has been a process that requires patience. Unfortunately, that is something that does not come easy when all you want to do is compete in this packed schedule. However, the fatigue is real. My energy levels are still lower than I hoped and every day I have to be smart about how I use it. But where my body allows it, I am on the board. Practicing, working and rebuilding on getting back to where I want to be. These clips are a small glimpse of that process. It is not where I want to be yet, but it is progress and right now progress is everything. Berlin is the goal. Walking out onto that Premier League stage and making my comeback at the oche is what is driving me through every session, every day. I am doing everything to be there this Thursday. However, I need to listen to my body and not rush into any decisions. As important as the Premier League is, my health is more important. The will is there. The motivation has definitely never left. This Father’s Day, my heart aches with the familiar pain of missing my dad. Parkinson’s and dementia took him from us, but sometimes the things that shatter us bring us more points of connection. We need a national movement that supports families dealing with Alzheimers and dementia, we can do so much better as a nation. To every caregiver showing up with love at home — you are not alone. You are heroes. Let's remember that strength is measured most by how we love and care for others.

So often we say things like "my life," "my plans," "my career," "my future." We talk as though we are the owners of everything we have. But here's the truth: you don't own any of it. Every single thing you have is a gift from God Himself. The breath you just drew — that was God. The beat of your heart right now — that's God. We can't manufacture another day. God gives it all — freely, generously, moment by moment. And yet how easy it is to take it for granted. To rush through our days as though life belongs to us, as though our plans are ours alone, as though we are the authors of our own story. Here is a story that illustrates that —

The day a homeless guy from Crewe became part of my stand up comedy show! Last weekend was so surreal, I hit the 2 years sober mark on Saturday and the universe chose that day for me and this guy to meet, he made the night that bit more special by randomly becoming my double act in the show. He ended up not only coming to the show, but through a funny turn of events getting the royal box, then practically becoming my comedy sidekick. Was a night of sharing laughs, jokes and stories, in a weird way it felt like it was meant to happen and reminded me that we are all connected no matter what our situation in life and how easy it is to change someones day by just noticing them. Comedy changed my life and every now and then it changes someone else’s day, its a privilege to be able to do it. "Let's just say I woke up"... Omoni Oboli I have had enough and want to call you out! 💔 I very much enjoyed "LOVE IN EVERY WORD" cause it tickled my fantasy on how love is hoped or imagined to be... Wonderdul piece and very entertaining with humor. But I watched a movie today, that made me cry so much. I cried so much because unlike every movie that is for entertainment, my life flashed before my eyes, my prayer point exposed on the big screen like it was judgement day. My fears... my fears became my conviction because the unknown became my biggest blessing in an instant. I have been so passionate about the future and how I want to succeed in every aspect of it and I prayed for an ambitious partner in every sense... I always look forward to comparing the present state of a person to their future using the same variables and character if life were to be fast-forwarded(I did so to myself too), and my biggest fear became commitment. But right now, after watching this movie, I just learned to trust my present situation and that of those God has blessed me with. I believe this movie was a msg to my mind and a gospel to my fearful heart. 💘 And to my woman, baby, if you get to see this, just know that I appreciate you in every sense and i know tomorrow will be good but better with you in it. 🐨 So sometimes when I can’t sleep, or work, or just life itself feels terrifying. It’s scary—just the act of living. There are times when the fact that this life goes on day after day feels really frightening. Because every day you have to feed yourself, you have to do things, and so life and death, the fact that morning comes and another day starts, it can feel wonderful at times, but there are also parts of life where it presses down on you, like a kind of light depression. This feeling that you have to keep doing something every single day In the end, that’s why it’s important to have your own sphere, your own beliefs, hopes, and goals. That’s why even though nights are really hard for me right now, even though I feel anxious, when I think about releasing an album next year and being with you all again, jumping around and having fun together, my mood already lifts So I say to myself, Next year I have to at least see this before I die, not to speak lightly about death but as a kind of joke. I think, Even if I’m sick, I have to see your faces before I’m sick. I live day by day with that feeling. 🐨 So sometimes when I can’t sleep, or work, or just life itself feels terrifying. It’s scary—just the act of living. There are times when the fact that this life goes on day after day feels really frightening. Because every day you have to feed yourself, you have to do things, and so life and death, the fact that morning comes and another day starts, it can feel wonderful at times, but there are also parts of life where it presses down on you, like a kind of light depression. This feeling that you have to keep doing something every single day In the end, that’s why it’s important to have your own sphere, your own beliefs, hopes, and goals. That’s why even though nights are really hard for me right now, even though I feel anxious, when I think about releasing an album next year and being with you all again, jumping around and having fun together, my mood already lifts So I say to myself, Next year I have to at least see this before I die, not to speak lightly about death but as a kind of joke. I think, Even if I’m sick, I have to see your faces before I’m sick. I live day by day with that feeling. Is it just a coincidence that Steven Spielberg’s new movie "Disclosure Day" is coming out RIGHT AS the government is releasing its UFO files? The government has used Hollywood to push propaganda before. Who knows if that's what Spielberg is doing? But here's something even MORE terrifying: I don't think this story is about aliens. I got called out for not speaking on Republicans trying to name a bridge after Trump. I don’t give a shit what they name that bridge. We drive over racist white men every day. But I pull up to a school that used to be named after Robert E. Lee to pick up my daughter every day. I focus on what actually impacts the lives of my people. I also pushed for us to elect Shawn Wilson governor — this would’ve been vetoed on sight. Maybe when folks see how far these people will go, they’ll start listening. And let me be clear: I ran for office more than once. I lost. The people chose the leaders they wanted. I’m not required to show up and fight every battle. Call the elected officials you voted for. I show up. I use my platform to inform people about the issues I believe matter. The name of a bridge they can’t even decide where to put is another distraction — while they work to remove judges in Orleans Parish. Got smoke for me for helping our neighbor is crazy work… That self hate is a cancer.
