Been playing with a character consistency workflow again. This came from Nexora that starts with a single GPT Image 2.0 character sheet and turns it into a multi-shot cinematic sequence in Seedance 2.0. One thing I added to the workflow: I first comped the character, environment, and visual style together in Midjourney before bringing everything into GPT Image 2.0 to build the character sheet. I also pushed it a bit further by generating multiple characters, destinations, and art directions at the same time, then turning those into production-style character sheets and shot sequences. It's interesting how much consistency you can get from a single well-defined character board when the visual language, wardrobe, and environment are established upfront. And here's the Grok Imagine version. Same method as before: I upload my character sheet as the base image that I made with Nano Banana Pro to create this fake omni-reference 😁 It works really well for me, since I just want to casually animate my AI character consistently with Grok. I really love this approach because I can simply load my character reference and focus 100% on writing the scene I want to show.

And here's the Grok Imagine version. Same method as before: I upload my character sheet as the base image that I made with Nano Banana Pro to create this fake omni-reference 😁 It works really well for me, since I just want to casually animate my AI character consistently with Grok. I really love this approach because I can simply load my character reference and focus 100% on writing the scene I want to show.

Okay, this one is the Grok Imagine version. But here’s something you need to note: I uploaded the character sheet I made with Nano Banana Pro as the base image. So it feels like this fake “Omni reference” kind of style, but it works 😄 Somehow, it’s much more consistent than uploading a still image of your scene with your character, because there’s a chance your character will morph a bit. By using your character sheet as the base model, it helps maintain consistency. The only problem is that when you do the img2vid prompt, you need to retell the setting, the action, the vibe and so on. But for me, I kind of like that approach, LOL 😆 Like I said, I’m getting lazy about animating images one by one. With this approach, I can just focus on dividing the shots, like shot 1: blabla, shot 2: bliblibli, shot 3: blublu, etc. Now for the comparison: In comparison with the Kling 3.0 Omni version, I feel that Grok Imagine is much more dynamic. But in terms of the character performance, it feels a bit over the top. It’s like the AI characters are acting it out 😁 Meanwhile, Kling 3.0 Omni feels much more realistic in terms of the acting and a bit more atmospheric. I honestly love both. If I want to fool around, I guess I’ll use Grok Imagine. But if I want more subtle realism and a candid feel, I’ll go with Kling 3.0.

You know a technology is good when you don't even realize you've used it. For this scene, - I created the character as an image with Grok Imagine, then the landscape with Grok, and combined everything using Grok Imagine's image references. - I then used video extensions to avoid cuts and style changes. The character is perfectly integrated into the scene, proportions respected and style preserved.

And MOST IMPORTANTLY, - I saved a ton of time by using the latest update, which allows you to add reference images when generating videos. This makes it possible to introduce pre-defined character into new backgrounds and maintain consistency across the sets. It may not seem like it, but there were many difficulties in preserving the seeing machine over time, the character... Thank you xAI, truly a great tool that you keep building a little more efficient day after day.

In my last podcast, I had mentioned a custom Google sheet that I maintain to get a sense of market breadth. Not sure why I didn't open it up earlier but here it is - I have enlisted stocks above 1000Cr market cap in the Tickers sheet. A script runs at different times in the day to pick up aggregates that are appended to the History sheet. Let me know if you find any errors in the formulae or have suggestions for new additions that might be insightful. Also curious to hear about how you use the data in this sheet for your own trades. I personally rely on the % of stocks above 40DMA number to figure out strength in the market. During periods where I am not actively going through charts, I check if this number is above or below 40 to get a general sense of whether this is a strong market or not. Happy trading! 😃

google flow + claude + gpt image is actually f*cking cracked i figured out how to lock one AI character across an entire video. same face, same voice, same outfit, every single shot. zero drift. everyone making AI video right now hits the same wall. the character looks different in every clip so you can never tell an actual story. you get 5 second clips, not films. the fix isn't better prompting. it's building the character ONCE before you ever touch video, then referencing it everywhere. here's the workflow: > build the character inside Flow's character section, not a per-clip prompt > design the voice + personality one time and reuse it across every clip > generate a full turnaround sheet (Claude writes the prompt, GPT image renders the angles) > pull the character into any scene with a single @ tag > ingredients vs frames: when to let a shot float vs lock it to your source image > the end-frame loop that chains 4-10 sec clips into one seamless scene > stitch + trim in the timeline editor and export the whole thing as one film i packaged the entire thing. every prompt, the exact tool order, the character sheet template, and the continuity loop nobody actually explains. My full CG Samurai warrior. This was my first time creating a full human character. Normally I work on creatures and robots, so this was a nice change of workflows and processes. It was originally supposed to be part of a mini fight scene but that never materialised, so it's just another character in my portfolio now. I learned a lot while creating him and even managed to develop some handy tools and workflows during the process which I still use to this day.

"This is how GPT-4 sees and hears itself" I used GPT-4 to describe itself. Then I used its description to generate an image, a video based on this image and a soundtrack. Tools I used: GPT-4, Midjourney, Kainber AI, Mubert, RunwayML This is the description I used that GPT-4 had of itself as a prompt to text-to-image, image-to-video, and text-to-music. I put the video and sound together in RunwayML.
