Great, except for giving cooked bones to dogs. It's not a problem, until it is. Dad found a sore on the side of his childhood dog, picked at it because it was infected. Was a piece of bone sticking through the side of the dog's stomach. Cooked bones shatter unlike raw bones. But even raw bones (especially legs of heavy animals) can be too hard, and dogs can break teeth on them.
