One thing that I love about A Goofy Movie is that when it gets to the argument scene, you feel bad for both Max and Goofy since despite both of their mistakes, you can understand both of their goals at trying to connect. It's the kind of honest writing I love.

minghao on self-love 🩷 🎱 lastly, i just want to say, love yourself. love yourself and understand yourself, accept yourself. only by loving yourself first can you have a healthy relationship. 👤 only when you have a sense of self can love exist, this is certain. 🎱 actually, i want to share a tip. it's not only about self-love, but about interpersonal relationships too. it's something i personally use. it's about coming from a place of love rather than a place of fear. working hard on something because i'm afraid i won't be accepted by others vs. working hard on something because becoming better makes me happy. the result might be the same, but the mindset is completely different. or maybe between couples, let's say, sending text messages. i send a message to her because i don't want her to worry about me, because i want to share things about myself with her, that's from a place of love. but if it's fear, "if i don’t send her a message, maybe she'll be angry, that'll be troublesome, i'll just send it", that's from a place of fear. i don't know if everyone will get this point, but it applies to both self and others. if it starts from me, it can start from love, not fear.
