This lead to the 2010 creation of the Convention of Cluster Munitions (124 countries) to ban its use during war time due to some bombs not exploding and ending up like a landmine or being indiscriminate in the target area. Did you know that Russia, nor the USA never joined the CCV? Peace through strength. 💪 💣
