I'm just gonna say this out loud. There has never been a nanny who has ever had an affair with a client's husband who didn't hate the client... For that kind of breakdown to happen , something between the two women had to already exist. Maybe this woman is a terrible employer ? There is no excuse for any of this, but something happened, and going with the "little girl voice" while she's explaining it , throws up all sorts of red flags ... Every single man out there who's ever been in a long term relationship with a woman knows that's the voice used to manipulate. Every single one of us. So I think the situation is terribly awful, tragic especially for the children, if there are already children and of course the two to come... But this is not a sweet, little girl telling us that she had something horrible happen in her life. Because for us and other families our family knew our Nannie’s always lived in the house with us but a sitter was someone who would come over when needed and not live in the home. Can anyone let me know what the difference is between a babysitter and a nanny where you live?
