I thought someone died before the video started, based on your demeanor and the caption 😂

Why does everyone spend so much time coddling the ravens? What is this infatuation with them. Let’s talk about how 2-3 weeks turned into probably playing overnight.

Looks like this with caption reading “This is shocking and honestly unacceptable” - with everything going on in the world I never imagined in 1,000 years that he was this upset over the Baltimore Ravens 1st and 2nd down running back usage.

It's because the Ravens only care about padding Lamar's stats. Even at the cost of winning 👍

Tell us about it Dan, numbers are fun but I promise the fans aren’t as delusional as they try to make us out to be at times. We’re watching this shit week in and week out and the calls being made on both sides of the ball have a big ole question mark. We’re fed up.

I said this during the game: if the Ravens remembered that they have Derrick F Henry and stop trying to prove to the world that Lamar CAN throw the football like Mahomes, they would be undefeated.

They’re working harder, not smarter. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Extending Henry just to ice him is malpractice.

This is the beauty of American sports. Here’s a guy who literally sucked at his job as a quarterback. Somehow, he has managed to be a person who can evaluate other players who are infinitely better than he could’ve dreamed of being. And he gets a platform to criticize people.

lol Dan talking like he just discovered a lost civilization. “I noticed they aren’t running a lot…quick, Jamie, pull up the stats.” “They don’t run much.” This is why they pay you the big bucks

To the people who don’t know ball, that’s not necessarily a bad thing because those are the downs that teams expect that you are running the ball. Doing things that defenses don’t expect is a good thing, not a bad thing.

Crazy stat

Rebuttal: Ravens have been elite during rare 1st and 2nd down runs partially *because* they barely ever do so, thereby catching defenses off guard when they do. That's only a marginal advantage at best, but still something to consider. I ultimately agree w/ ur take.

Only 49 rush att with a 5.8 yds/carry entering WEEK 5...shocking. 2024: 5.9 yds /carry and 113 yds/game Derrick Henry played only in 113 snaps in four games so far this season. Jonathan Taylor 216 snaps.

Cause Lamar is selfish and needs to statpad

@RussellStReport This is ridiculous. Absolute malpractice by the coaching staff and has to change. They miss Ricard, bigtime. They can’t convert a lot of 2nd and 3s (look at the Detroit game) which puts the defense back on the field and has led to a lot of these soft tissue injuries.

It's not shocking. Lamar wants the ball and hogs it, in my opinion. That is not a popular opinion, but when you have Henry in your backfield, why wouldn't you use him? Because the QB wants it. 🤷‍♀️

While that’s a very interesting, I dont think that metric is the biggest contributor to their 1-3 record. They are giving up the most points in the league. And their offense has scored the second most points. That said, attention should be on their defense.

You you would say that the Ravens would probably have a better record if they handled the ball to their running back instead of letting their MVP quarterback play hero ball? Hmmmmm

I’m no expert but I’m also a UGA fan who watched Todd Monken throw on early downs with Stetson and those boys A LOT. It was a positive at UGA but obviously not helping a team with a freight train at RB

In week 5 of the 2025 season, the Baltimore Ravens' offense is ranked 13th in total offensive yards, with an average of 338.0 yards per game, according to FOX Sports. That being said, the Ravens RB Derrick Henry has averaged 5.33 yards per rush on first down in the 2025 season, based on his total rushing yards (284) and first-down carries (53) at the time of the data. This begs the question that ESPN NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky has posed, why isn't the Ravens OC having RB Derrick Henry run the ball more on 1st down?

Stat nerds don't mean they know the game. I'd rather hear what a former player/coach has to say instead of someone whose never played the game

We r the most incompetent team in the nfl and Lamar is able to mask a lot of the problems to ppl who aren’t fans of the ravens. The play calling has never made sense and it’s a shame
