This is so cool 😊 Dan Perks from Cursor built an actual working live radar screen for my flight sim: It shows everyone online live flying around with their altitude, speed etc. I will try to add this as a minimap in the game too!

@Cursor pretty sure I got banned from your multiplayer server while making this, assume you have some anti-bot stuff in place? 🤷‍♂️ had to hotspot my phone to let me connect again, but didn’t take long to build w/ cursor anyway!

The new live translator model is really outstanding - it can translate synchronously without getting confused. This video is just my screen recording with no editing. I built a little chrome extension that can hook into a YouTube video and translate it automatically live to lots of different languages - I love this. Link to github below, you'll need to add your own API key to it.

This weekend, I explored a mobile game idea with my kids (they suggested a mobile pokemon-like game) so I had them coming up with ideas for the creatures and I try to visualise them with ChatGPT Images 2.0 and vibe coded a small prototype on Cursor to play around with. The art direction of the creatures are in vinyl toy matte style so it has this toy-like aesthetic quality that I quite like! For a mobile app/game, I went with Expo + React Native to create this mobile app so that I have one code-base for both Android and iOS. So far I'm pretty impressed with Expo's live mobile app preview feature! Being able to easily preview the mobile app on my phone in seconds is a big plus.

Added an AR Display to my phone joystick. It smoothly follows your hand's position. You can also switch to a big screen view. It will move along your sight direction and stay static. In future iterations, I will add a dedicated section in the phone app to control it (distance, size, surface snapping, anchoring, etc.). Another thing to try is to replace a video stream with a portal of the game itself. Originally, I started developing this prototype for the Quest platform, but now I realize that it makes more sense in Apple's ecosystem since they already have cross-device mirroring functionality, and what I showed would be a logical extension of their approach. I probably need to rewrite it for Vision Pro 😊

I was excited about Stream Deck for over a year, and finally decided to get it. I have a lot of debug commands in the game and this device should help me working with them. Already have a setup for trailer camera controls: add/change points, change speed on the fly, etc.

Finally got a chance to play around with Andrej Karpathy's LLM Council. I built it as a plugin inside of Claude Code. Hooked it up with OpenRouter for models. The AskUserQuestion tool came in handy to select the council and chairman. This is my first test, but I agree with Karpathy that the concept of LLM ensembles can be used beyond models that offer perspectives on interesting questions. I feel like this could have really cool applications in agentic coding. More on that soon. I built this as a plugin, so next I will be exploring other user cases around agentic coding, like evaluation, tool building, designing, and research. If there is enough interest, I will clean it up and push it out as an open plugin.
