Vellum has launched Ambient Assistants, adding vellum assistant as a floating pill on top of any Mac app, where it sees the screen in real time and can draw on top of it to point at what matters. Context that used to be taken from screenshots, pasted links, and long prompts now comes straight from whatever is open on screen. > Users can hand off a task by voice without leaving the app they use, while Vellum assistant works on it in the background. > In unfamiliar tools, Vellum assistant can circle the exact button, setting, or metric to use, directly on screen. > Users can show a routine on screen and talk it through, so the assistant can run it later after its plan is approved.

all my games seem to be ok but as for rocket league my shit is cooked. ( i thought i fixed it 🥲) Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4080 Super Doing any sort of movement makes my camera do some odd shift and the game just stutters, it literally looks like I'm playing with my right stick whilst doing any movements 😂 At this rate i don't know what the problem is, feels like I've tried everything at this point. If any suggestions pls leave below, my last option is to send my pc back and see if there's any issues with it.

If nobody wants to say it, I will. I HATE this dance. I DETEST it. Why are you putting your hand in your vagina and bringing it to your nose like it smells? It’s so vulgar, and I genuinely don’t understand why women keep doing it. And what makes it even more uncomfortable is that it’s mostly women doing it, knowing exactly what the dance is insinuating. Our open-source RAG app, Verba, can now run Ollama models locally to embed documents into Weaviate and generate answers without your data leaving your device! I tested it with Llama3, and it works great + super quickly on my M2; In this recording, I'm doing a little Verba-ception, asking Verba what Verba is 🤤 You can also use open-source models like Mistral, Claude, or your own custom LLMs. This will make doing RAG with sensitive data possible since you won't depend on APIs anymore. Looking forward to everyone trying it out 🤗 Update's coming next week!

🇨🇳 Saw my first actually useful robot You know those toll way machines and you're always too far off the machine and have to hang out the window to pay, or you're too close and your wheel hits the side In Beijing they have a robot arm for it Although to be fair in Europe we just have a sensor we glue to the windshield and it auto charges your bank via IBAN So maybe not so useful But it looks cool!

We're testing a new link experience, starting on iOS -- to make it easier for your followers to engage with your post while browsing links. For creators, a common complaint is that posts with links tend to get lower reach. This is because the web browser covers the post and people forget to Like or Reply. So X doesn't get a clear signal whether the content is any good. To help get better signal, posts will now collapse to the bottom of the page so people can react while you're reading. As always, remember: the post should stand alone as great content so write a solid caption.

About Siri AI and EU: 1. Your data (gallery, messages, email, call logs, notes, files, and much more) is indexed for personal context, and that info is stored on your iPhone. 2. When you use Siri AI, the request is either handled on-device or in cloud using PCC. It’s never stored or logged on Apple’s servers. Apple does not have access to it. Now, according to Apple, here’s what EU wants: “According to EU regulators, the DMA requires Apple to give any AI system nearly unlimited access to a user’s device, as well as the ability to act on that access autonomously without a user’s ongoing visibility and control. That includes the ability to read and send messages, make purchases, access files, and execute actions across any app.” What EU is asking is scary dangerous. And apparently they have rejected all the solutions proposed by Apple. And, as hinted by Joz, “We will NOT compromise on privacy and security”, Apple is likely not going to give up, so EU users are likely not going to get Siri AI anytime soon.
