Most times...to get funds approved and then released takes time...while a contractor is waiting,rain will start and then cause damages. It's easier to always blame contractors sha from people who do not understand how funds gets approved. I'm not holding brief for anyone sha.

All these local contractors without "technical know how", they got jobs due to high levels of favoritism in the system. They have been instructed to move all equipments out of the site so the state could commit financially once again 🤣🤣. The state should do the needful.
