This is still the greatest Batman scene put on screen, capturing everything the character stands for without saying a single word.

What makes it work so well is the entire movie had been building to that moment when he'd finally realize if he wants to make a change in the city, he needs to stand as a beacon of hope for the innocent, not a beacon of fear for the criminals.

In that same movie you have also the POV o f the Penguin watching Batman aproaching after the car crash

No, this the greatest Batman scene put on screen

Prisoners 2013 - the whole movie is powerful but this is one of the many powerful scenes, to me. A deranged child killing occultist gets killed, he racesthrough traffic with a bad flesh wound, to get a girl to the hospital, who's been injected with poison. A girl he's been desperately looking to find.

🔥🔥🔥 def gave Moses vibes with this scene but I dare say this scene is better

The best, most memorable scene in the entire film, a beautiful climax. A single light in the darkness leading others to salvation.

Hostile 2017, another one of my favorite films. Again, the whole movie is powerful but this is one the most difficult scenes.

NO! This bullshit slopified movie is not a good anything for Batman. It should NEVER have been made!!!!

Yes. Yes. Yes. That overhead ‘pied piper’ shot is the best ever filmed in a superhero movie.

pump the breaks on that take dude.

Not even close.

One of the greatest

This movie is a Masterpiece

Another tough scene from Hostile 2017 Such an underrated film. *Sorry this one is in English.

Literally everything that Superman didn't do for me. This is Batman becoming a hero, leading the way, and helping give the people hope.

🤌🏾Hit all the right notes great work hope the bring back all the same crew top to bottom just Amazing

"without saying a single word" and it's framed by one of the worst, most stilted awkward-beyond-hope monologues ever 💀

That was a good scene.

Hot take: The Dark Knight is a better movie, but The Batman is a better Batman movie

Can’t find the clip, but when Chuck loses Wilson and the next scene he drops his oars in the water. Just heartbreaking.

God you have some terrible takes sometime. That last 10 minutes of the movie is by far the worst part of the movie.

The scene that shows batman's failure on full display. lol sure.

When that scene came my mind had already checked out. The movie was too long and overstayed its welcome…

the greatest Batman scene put on screen

You are stronger than any circumstance trying to hold you back.

I agree!!!

Yea but the scenes leading up to it and the scenes after it were overstuffed and not great. So nobody remembers this.

Nope

If you truly knew your history, the emotion of this would be overwhelming….

A lesson in humility.

This movie is overhyped. I don’t understand the Warner studio, they had proposed a solid and tortured batman, they hadn’t finished presenting it so they decided to present us with a frail and fragile beginner batman… 😒🤨🤔😮‍💨
