People have a right to peacefully go about their lives, I understand the LEO's position, there has to be a middle ground, if he's going to prance about with a sign people having a relaxing day find offensive, then make your pass and keep on moving, staying just for a reaction is harassment & violating their fundamental right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. By allowing a single pass to and from, his 1A rights are preserved and the rest of the peoples fundamental rights are preserved. One person's rights does not trump another's.

I was illegally detained in Angelton, TX earlier today. Showed cop my contract with the seller, texts telling the seller I’d be inspecting today, and had a lockbox code. Cop didn’t care. Threw me in the back of a cop car. Texas has become another garbage blue state already
