The Oakland mayor is crying “racism” because Trump called out cities drowning in violent crime. Here’s the reality. Black Americans make up 13% of the population but commit a disproportionate 37% share of violent crime. That’s not “targeting black people,” that’s going where the crime is. We need less focus on race and more focus on accountability and decision making within our communities. Black "leaders" need to stop enabling this degeneracy.

This video is another example of lack of impulse control. The reason I’m bringing this up is because it is harmful to black Americans and society as a whole. Lack of impulse control results in black Americans making poor decisions. These poor decisions have other races of people looking at black Americans with a side eye. These poor decisions also in many cases result in black Americans losings, jobs, relationships, or their freedoms. And then many black Americans complain about the system without ever seriously looking at any of this. Impulse Control → Accountability Impulse control is the ability to pause, reflect, and choose actions intentionally rather than reacting instinctively. Accountability is taking ownership of those actions and their consequences. We need more impulse control and accountability.

The more Black Americans get serious about personal accountability and decision making, the less we will vote democrat. Democrat politics attracts a victim mindset. It doesn’t attract people who are serious about personal development and accountability. This is one of the reasons why you don’t see Dems pushing accountability. They constantly just tell us we are victims and that they’re gonna help us. Us continuing to be victims that they can milk for votes is far more useful to them than us being winners.

This is the hard truth black people need to come to understand. And most of the “black leaders” today don’t talk about this. It’s on us to incentivize businesses to want to be in black communities. It’s on us to be a part of the community that allows those businesses to thrive. Not be part of the reason they need to shut down. We don’t talk about accountability enough and that needs to change.
