This is how cells make energy - the production of ATP. All life requires ATP for energy. Without it, cells cannot function, and Life cannot survive. That means ATP Synthase is required from the very start of Life. Evolution cannot build ATP, because evolutionary processes require ATP to even function - creating a massive chicken-or-the-egg paradox. You can't have life without ATP, but you can't get ATP until you have life. Evidence it was intelligently designed. ATP Synthase is also incredibly complex. In simpler prokaryotic organisms (bacteria, etc), the molecule has 8 unique proteins organized into 22 subunits, all working together in a coordinated system. In higher level eukaryotes (humans, mammals, etc), the molecule has 18 unique proteins organized into 29 coordinated subunits making up the system. The simpler versions still require a minimal set of specified proteins, totaling more than 3,500 amino acids, sequenced perfectly in line to create all the proteins, all engineered to perfection. The odds of something like this coming together by chance are incomprehensibly small, it's effectively impossible. This system is a clear and obvious sign of design.

This suggests the mile may not be a modern invention at all, but a legacy of an ancient system of measurement encoded in megalithic design.

Over 100 granted patents working as one machine. We at Matter built our own dual cradle frame. We engineered a custom motor and gearbox. We designed active thermal cooling and a smart battery brain so performance never drops. It took years of obsession to get this right. We didn’t assemble this machine. We engineered it.

We're thrilled to present ESM3 in Science Magazine. ESM3 is a generative language model that reasons over the three fundamental properties of proteins: sequence, structure, and function. Today we're making ESM3 available free to researchers worldwide via the public beta of an API for biological intelligence. Trained with over a trillion teraflops of compute, this is the first time a model of this scale has been trained for biology, pushing the frontier of AI for biological discovery and engineering. ESM3 learns to represent the immense complexity of protein biology, learning from billions of natural proteins. From this training it developed the capability to design proteins, responding to complex prompts combining atomic level details and high level instructions to generate new proteins. ESM3 can explore protein space far beyond natural evolution. We prompted ESM3 to generate a fluorescent protein at a far distance from any known fluorescent proteins, searching an unknown region of protein space, to discover a new fluorescent protein. We estimate this is equivalent to simulating five hundred million years of evolution.

Vision is an absolute marvel of Divine Engineering. It requires a minimum of 3 systems working together from the start, or we don't see. 1. Eyes to capture light & convert into signals 2. Pathways to transport the signal 3. A brain to process it Evolution can't build it one step at a time, because there is no vision until all those systems exist and function together.
