Fun fact, they are biologically immortal, in a certain sense. They can't die of old age like humans do, they'll only get bigger and bigger and probably die of infection or starvation. The reason we don't see massive crocodiles these days is largely due to human poaching. In fact, they are said to never reach their maximum size, even in the wild
