I've been working on web projects with Three.js more and more lately — 2D, 3D, XR — and the one thing I've noticed is the lack of tools compared to game engines. That's why I decided to start building on the side a library of 3D assets that are actually little programs, AI-native, and fully customizable. I called this @polyfork_ , and it's already being used by dozens of people that have an AI centric workflow, since the website can be fully understood and used by agents. Dansby Swanson walking through this infield routine via his YouTube video. I cut it up to show my favorite parts but the full length video is on his channel. I just stumbled on this and absolutely love seeing different perspectives on how the pros go about their routines. Everyone is different but the fact he is sharing what makes him great, for free, is a huge advantage to the youth/coaches/parents out there. I wish I had videos like this growing up! It may be baseball but it 100% applies to softball.

In the interest of educating coaches on movements: 1.) yes there is a "bounce" here but it is no more bounce than you see when someone lifts a light weight on bench press. 2.) moving the back leg forward when standing up enforces the front leg does the work (not the back leg like those bad videos online) 3.) return on investment here = increased unilateral force production which is what happens in sports 4.) do bilateral, split, and unilateral training with your athletes to get the benefit of lifting various loads and having various levels of stability Do you have a great video of split squat or reverse lunge? Everybody speak about consistent character for video generation as Minimax, Kling etc... But nothing looking super stable. And so I trained for the first time a LoRA model on Hunyuan video model (open source) on a real person. It take approximatly 15h of training on a A100 GPU with 50 videos. the result is pretty good !! With more training it will allow to have even better result. The result was generated inside ComfyUI. All this video have been generated in AI. Check at , we are doing cool stuff :)

I love that the problem everyone has with the tush push this week, has absolutely nothing to do with the actually pushing portion. Like banning the tush push doesn’t even stop what they have an issue with from the play this last week. The Eagles still could have done exactly what they did last week with it being a regular QB sneak. Officials being more stringent on players aligning in the neutral zone and false starts is the only way to stop what everyone has an issue with. And I get it, there were at last a couple from the game that were too early, and should be called false starts. It is an extremely hard thing to officiate, and good players on both sides of the ball jump the snap and use the neutral zone to their advantage on multiple downs and plays throughout the game. Getting rid of the tush push will not stop the issue everyone is riled up about.
