God this makes my blood boil. Thank you Malcolm for using your voice and standing up for the Australian people. I do not believe parents are asking the Government for this, and I do not believe kids are asking the Goverment for this - what a load of absolute shit. The fact they do NOTHING about porn, child trafficking and give r*pist minimal sentences in court tells us all we need to know about these people. Stay the fuck away from our kids.

They are tying to usher-in a digital ID by the back door, keep fighting. Australia doesn't want it, we didn't want an ID card back in the day when we had that referendum and we don't want it now and the govt knows this. That's why they're doing it this way, so they can please their NWO masters and begin the digital track and trace system.

It’s ironic that the same parties that accuse One Nation of populism are now pushing a measure not because it’s practical, but simply because it’s supposedly popular. To make this work, cameras on devices would need to run constantly to ensure a new user hasn’t hopped on to an existing computer session. This means cameras would always be on, capturing everything - video and audio – that is happening in the room. This creates a perfect scenario for hackers to access the feed. In the unlikely event they can actually make this work, children would move to other platforms that are less regulated, less safe and more prone to child exploitation. One Nation opposes this legislation. The best people to monitor and regulate children’s internet use are parents—not a Big Brother government.

I’ve been talking to heaps of parents about the U16 Social Media Ban that’s due to commence in about 5 weeks. It seems most parents haven’t told their kids yet about the upcoming ban and a couple of parents weren’t even aware it was happening. As of Dec 10th anyone under the age of 16 is going to lose access to their Facebook, Insta, YouTube and Snapchat accounts. YouTube seems to be the one that is used the most and many parents are simply planning to log their children into their own accounts so that their kids can continue using the platform. The user habits of both parents and kids on the same account is no doubt going to confuse the age assurance predictions that most of these tech companies have implemented for the u16 ban. This will result in parents having to provide identification to prove their age and continued use of their accounts. The government wanting to play parent to both adults and children in Australia means that kids are going to potentially be exposed to more harmful content online and it will also create privacy issues as a result of adults having to supply their ID and other personal information to these data harvesting social platforms. The ban is also going to be rolled out just as most kids are starting the long Summer break which means many children will loose contact and online social interactions with many of their friends and family over the Christmas period. Free Speech is Dead Yesterday I managed to get in a three minute speech against the proposed hate laws before the bill was guillotined. Normally you’re allowed to speak for 15 minutes on the bill. I didn’t get a chance to explain just how draconian these laws are. Before this bill, prosecutors had to prove intent— that your words deliberately incited harm. Not anymore. The Criminal Code Amendment (Hate Crimes) Bill 2024 lowers the bar so drastically that you can now be jailed for reckless speech. "Reckless speech" without any intent is now criminalised. Even if you accidentally offend someone you can be charged, found guilty and go to prison. A number of amendments to put in safeguards were moved including: 1) Removing mandatory sentencing 2) Excluding children under 14 from the bill and 3) A good faith carve out to prevent these rules from being used as a form of lawfare to shut down debate such as any of the below statements could soon land you in prison. • Marriage should only be between a man and a woman. • The LGBTQIA2S+ lobby keeps pushing radical gender policies on our kids. Maybe it's time we show them we won't stand for it anymore. Let's take action! • We need to stop mass immigration and expect assimilation because it brings division and poverty to our country. • The idea that gender is entirely a social construct is not supported by biological science. Those groups forcing people to accept this concept are dangerous. The major parties and One Nation did not vote for any of these amendments. In fact Malcolm Roberts voted against the exemption for children under 14 year olds. Pauline didn’t turn up to vote on anything. This is not unusual as Pauline didn’t turn up last year to vote on the 30 bills rammed through parliament on the last sitting day including the Online Safety Bill. When I said in my clip yesterday that One Nation voted for the bill that was what I was referring to. They didn’t vote on the final vote but if they were serious about wanting more debate then they should have expressed their view through voting on the amendments. To claim they needed more detail was a cop out. Clearly they supported children under 14 getting locked up for saying something offensive. By voting against stopping this and not voting for other amendments, Malcolm indicated more support for the bill than opposition. As someone with three children under 14 I was furious that any politician would agree to this. These laws are another nail in the coffin of democracy in this country. #auspol

Their atrocious bill to establish an Australian Centre for Disease Control (CDC) is significant legislation—and I’ll go so far as to say it’s the worst I’ve seen in my nine years in the Senate. There is nothing more disgusting than a government using a parent's grief as cover to ram through bad law. Emma Mason is being used. You can see just how cruel the government is, on this interview with Deb Knight on A Current Affair last night. Her grief is being abused by governments and the media in Australia to justify removing access to social media from all children under the age of 16. Worse than that, they are using her to justify the most draconian internet access rules in the world, and it’s not just for kids. Every adult in Australia will have to age verify to get online to use sites like YouTube, facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X. Emma’s story, and that of her daughter is tragic, but the truth is: banning selective social media access will not stop bullying. It will not save the lives of children, and it does not absolve parental responsibility. Outsourcing parenting to government is both cowardly and foolish. Anyone who caught the ABC Lateline piece from 1975 released on this platform by John Adams earlier this week, would know, the Australian Government does not care about our children. We’ve seen real harm perpetrated on kids at government and government regulated childcare facilities. We see a rise in juvenile crime and weak bail laws, encouraging kids to perpetrate more and more extreme crime, and we know there still exists a culture of coverup when it comes to child harm among the establishment elite.
