This is unusual. Former Treasury Secretary, Larry Summers, doing a Bloomberg interview with what may be a tropical Zoom background, twiddling his thumbs and saying that there are going to "need to be increases in unemployment."

Previously, he said “We have a long way to go to get inflation down” to the Fed’s target. Read more details:

How do you figure that is a zoom background? I can see the palm trees waving through the gaps in his hair. I don’t usually see zoom backgrounds that defined.
“actually employing humans is bad for the economy”

I’ve never been able to figure Summers out. At times I think he’s trying to tell the masses that our entire economic system is rigged against ordinary people, at times he seems to be defending this system. 🤔🤷🏽♂️

Is he broadcasting from Epstein Island?

Big businesses colluding with the govt at the expense of their employees to reduce workforce to help fed achieve their goal.

The matrix is controlling him.

This is the epitome of viewing real people as just pieces of data.

Everything he is saying in this particular view is on point and correct. Market doesn’t want to believe the pain that needs to happen to fix the disaster created over the last 20 years

Maybe I don’t get it but if there are already more jobs than workers why would increasing unemployment be helpful? Seems so ridiculous.
